HELLO JO

You can communicate with your remote assistant through email, WhatsApp, or your own programs such as Slack. Your assistant will be able to respond to you within the agreed hours.

Once contracts have been signed, we will sign you up to our direct debit system, depending on which package you have chosen.

Our payment terms for each package needs to be paid 30 days in advance. 

Adding or reducing your hours is easy! Simply contact Jo, and we can adjust your plan to accommodate your needs.

We hope you stay with us for the long term but we understand our services may not always be in need, or align with your business goals. We just ask for one months notice to end our contract with you.

We will provide you an off boarding document, which will have all a list of where we are up to, any outstanding projects and a list of all programs/ software we have access to.

We will hold your data/ information for 30 days unless asked to destroy immediately.
